How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment only on the day before your planned visit.

Can I book an appointment several days in advance?
No. Appointments are given only one day before the visit. If you wish, you may request a provisional slot, but this must be confirmed before 1:00 pm on the previous day; otherwise, it will be cancelled.

What time should I reach the clinic on the day of my visit??
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete registration.

What if I arrive late for my appointment?
Patients reporting after their appointment time will lose priority and be shifted to the general category, seen on a first-come-first-serve basis in between scheduled appointments, if time permits, or after all scheduled appointments.

Can I come without an appointment?
Yes, you may visit without an appointment. However, priority is always given to patients with prior bookings. Walk-in patients are seen in between appointments if a slot is free or when another consultation finishes early, or after all scheduled appointments are completed.
